Globitels WFO mobile application is an extension of Globitel Workforce Optimization solution; it enables call center agents and supervisors to benefit from the functionalities of the WFO, while on the go, through an easy-to-use and elegant interface, providing an end–to-end enterprise solution in real time, and enabling users to perform call center back-end activities effortlessly through the convenience of a handheld portable phone.
WFO app is aimed to serve employees of Globitel’s clients all over the globe. The users have the flexibility to use the app for free once they obtain an account through contacting Globitel WFM system administrator at their organization.
